This type of knitting comes from the Shetland Islands of Scotland & uses rows of traditional patterns called "peeries".

Knit by hand in the Made In Habersham Knitting Studio. Knit in the tradition of Fair Isle Shetland Islands, in 100% Shetland wool. Shetland wool is the only true wool used in this style of knitting. Will last a lifetime and just gets better and better the more you wear it.
