Return Policy

CULTURES:

Cultures are not returnable.  In rare event your culture proves to be non-viable and unable to produce the desired product after the  "settling in" period as outlined in the instructions provided with your product, please contact us to review your understanding of the product after which time we will send replacement at our expense.  Should product arrive with damaged packaging, you product will be replaced.  

KNITTING, HOUSEHOLD & GIFT ITEMS:

All items are made by hand and as such,  they are each unique (just like you). Every effort is made to properly  describe shape and color.  As every viewing source is different, the appearance of colors may vary.  Returns are only accepted within 14 days  of receipt of delivery and ONLY in the event that the item is DEFECTIVE IN CONSTRUCTION.  In this event, purchaser is to return item at USPS First Class Rate.  Item cost plus cost of return shipping will be refunded to buyer on return delivery to Made In Habersham.  I appreciate the opportunity to work with you should such a situation arise and request that you contact me  immediately with concerns so that they can be addressed prior to posting  feedback on this or other sales platforms.
