Our Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MadeInHabersham.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All combined purchases totaling $40 or more ship FREE at method of our choice. Free shipping will always be packaged in same box and for delivery to same (one) location.   

Shipment processing time

As you are purchasing a handmade custom product, processing times may vary.  Products will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified in product listing.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All combined purchases totaling $40 or more ship FREE at method of our choice. Free shipping will always be packaged in same box and for delivery to same (one) location.   

If your total purchase does not exceed $40, shipping will be charged by weight at USPS First Class Rates or alternative USPS ground shipping method.  

Should you require an alternate form of shipping, including overnight, please reach out to me prior to purchase so that we can process your order to include any extra shipping charges. These charges will be disclosed to you prior to purchase.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or loss however, we will do all that is possible to rectify the situation. We may require your cooperation in making a claim with the shipper. It is expected that you will provide any information necessary to complete the claim.  

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Made In Habersham ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Made In Habersham is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Made In Habersham is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
